1. Note that, if you are non-permanent resident of Singapore, please upload your "Passport/WorkPass".

2. In case you are uploading "Passport/WorkPass" and it does not contain the address, then you need to upload a proof of address as well for compliance purposes as per MAS.

3. The POA can be a Bank statement, Utility Bill or any Government Letter (not older than 90 days)

Important : Kindly nominate a director of your company who can authorise you to act as administrator of Volopay account on behalf of the company. We will share an authorisation form with the nominated director for the initials.
